1. General

  1. The Site is owned and operated by Ehud Barlev Fine Jewelry (the “Company”).
  2. These Terms are written for convenience in singular form and apply equally to all users.
  3. The Company may revise or update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site is the binding version.

2. Nature of the Products – Handcrafted Original Art

  1. All jewelry and creations offered on the Site are handcrafted pieces.
  2. Due to the artisanal nature of the work, the customer acknowledges that:
    • Subtle variations may occur between photographs on the Site and the finished item.
    • In many cases, the item is re-created by hand, inspired by the original design, and is not a mass-produced copy.
  3. Ordering through the Site constitutes acceptance that differences in tone, texture, natural imperfections, and minor dimensional variations are inherent and expected.

3. Custom Made & Personalized Creations

  1. Custom-made creations are produced with care, attention, and genuine collaboration with the customer.
  2. We make every reasonable effort to fulfill the client’s wishes in full and in the spirit of the request.
  3. The client acknowledges that:
    • Handcrafted work cannot be replicated with 100% precision.
    • Artistic interpretation is an inseparable part of the process.
  4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. Orders & Payment

  1. Product prices are displayed on the Site and may include or exclude tax (as stated on the Site).
  2. Prices may change at any time. The applicable price is the price appearing at checkout.
  3. An order is considered valid only after payment authorization and confirmation sent to the customer.

5. Shipping & Insurance

  1. Shipments are handled by leading courier companies experienced in transporting high-value items.
  2. Due to the value of the pieces, shipments are insured in accordance with the courier’s policy.
  3. Shipping costs are determined based on:
    • product size and weight
    • destination
    • required insurance level
  4. The final shipping cost will be presented and confirmed with the customer prior to payment.

6. Production & Delivery Time

  1. Items in stock will be shipped within a reasonable time frame as published on the Site.
  2. Handcrafted and made-to-order items may require additional production time.
  3. Delays caused by courier services, customs, or external circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

  1. Returns may be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the Company’s policy.
  2. Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return or cancellation.
  3. Each request is handled individually, respectfully, and transparently.

8. Product Care & Warranty

  1. All pieces are crafted from high-quality materials and inspected prior to shipment.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, impact, chemicals, or improper handling is not covered.
  3. We are always happy to evaluate issues and assist where reasonably possible.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. All images, texts, sketches, and designs displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of the Company.
  2. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Personal information is collected and stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  2. Data is shared only where necessary to complete orders, provide service, or comply with legal requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site, delays, courier issues, natural variations in materials, or differences between expectations and final outcomes, provided that the Company acted in good faith and in accordance with standard procedures.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the country in which the business operates.
Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Additional Policies & Benefits

Repairs & Maintenance

We offer repair services when possible. Certain repairs may involve an additional fee, depending on the nature of the damage and materials required.

Complimentary Cleaning & Refresh (where applicable)

From time to time, customers may be invited to return pieces for professional cleaning, polishing, or refreshing, subject to scheduling and studio availability.

Extended Care & Support

We do our best to provide guidance on caring for your jewelry, ensuring it remains beautiful and well-preserved over time.

Use of Customer Photos

With explicit permission only, the Company may request to photograph or share images of completed work for documentation or portfolio purposes. No image will be used without prior consent.
